Uncommon achievers soar like eagles

An uncommon achiever by definition is out in front of others. Leaders who are uncommon achievers do regularly and consistently what common leaders do occasionally. Uncommon achievers are not content with mediocrity. The uncommon achiever is the leader who rises above the crowd, pointing the way to worthwhile goals. They are not afraid to take the leap and they thrive on the opportunity to soar to new levels.

There are six distinctive traits of an uncommon achiever. See if you recognize these traits in your thinking, daily routine or behavior.

Trait 1:

Uncommon achievers select their acquaintances and associations very carefully. To be an uncommon achiever you need to interact with other like-minded achievers, people who challenge your traditions and push the boundaries of possibility thinking. People who are willing to explore ideas that others fear, lack the courage to pursue or ideas that are not yet tested.
